Elena shares the same drills she does to stay game ready. We also recognize, one size does not fit all so we will carefully assess and choose drills that best help each player!

In addition to the physical skills, the camp will cover the more strategic aspects of the game. This will help accelerate personal and team success!

All camp participants will be able to participate in instructional pick-up games with Elena on the sideline giving pointers and reminding the players of both the new physical and mental skills they have learned throughout camp!

At the core of each camp is a fun and inclusive environment. We want all camp members to remain in touch with Elena and each other through a private Discord channel! Celebrating each other's successes and Elena will continue to share support as well!
